Existing customers ("Referrer") who refer friends and family as new customers ("Customer") to the Premier Provisions platform, may be eligible to receive referral PremierPoints (“Points(s)”). Customer must use a personal code ("Code") provided to them by Referrer. The Code must be provided to Customer through email, text, Facebook, or Twitter. Referrer is prohibited from posting referral codes on sites including, but not limited to Google, Craigslist, Twitter, RetailMeNot and other similar publicly accessible sites. Premier Provisions reserves the right to deactivate or invalidate any Points obtained through these channels.
Referrer will only receive Points for the first 10 Customers they refer. Referrer will receive Points when Customer signs up and uses the Code on their first order, are one of the 10 Customers, and meet the requirements as indicated in the offer. Premier Provisions reserves the right to deactivate or invalidate any Points obtained by Referrer in excess of these amounts. Points amounts vary based on regions, and Referrers location will determine the application region and Points amount. Points amounts will be stated in an email containing Referrer's Code. Customer will be disqualified and will not receive Points if Premier Provisions has a record of their name, email, phone number or credit card having being used for a prior Premier Provisions order or being linked to an existing active or inactive Premier Provisions account.
Points will be applied automatically at checkout. Points can only be redeemed for Premier Provisions orders on PremierProvisions.com or on the Premier Provisions app with the latest version, and within Premier Provisions service areas and delivery hours. Points cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent. Points are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered, or sold. Points may not be used in conjunction with select promotions. Premier Provisions reserves the right to withhold or invalidate Points obtained through the Premier Provisions Friends and Family Referral Program if Premier Provisions determines or believes that the Points were received through error, fraudulent, illegal, or in violation of these terms and conditions or any other applicable agreement between you and Premier Provisions.
